21st Century classrooms: Plan for facilitation of the 21st Century classroom observations with SmartBoards.

• Application process isn't quite ready (not next week, probably week after) with a five week window until due
• District will now contribute 10% of total grant award (need to determine district commitment to this amount)

•  Protocols need to followed tightly, rather than loosely, according to SmartBoard Observation Process in Googledocs.
