of copyrighted images on the CCSD Flickr unlimited upload account.

 

  • Should this account be maintained?
  • How would this account be used, and by whom?
  • Could this account be used to collect CC images?
  • Is this the best solution for the image sharing issue?

 

It was proposed that this item be added to next agenda to continue this valuable discussion.

Brave New World:

Brainstorming/Idea session about C4T and our work next year. 

"How do we better nourish and sustain what happens in our schools when we're not there?"

 

  • Looking to increase number of C4Ts AND opportunity for collaboration between and among C4Ts.
  • Looking to fold workshop content into revised C4T structures to increase depth.
  • Looking to further develop administrative support for C4Ts (including tech contacts)
 
QUESTIONS:
  • Is this a natural progression from tactical "drumming up business" to strategic application of resources (time, energy, resources) to influence school culture?
  • What role would developing collaboration and leadership skills play in this new model? 
  • How would this restructuring align with -rather than compete against- building initiatives?
  • How would meetings be structured? 
      • CIS-oriented approach?  Multiple dates available? 
      • Cross-school, cross-feeder group?
  • What happens to walk-in (tier three) traffic? 
  • How would other C2MO members' work fit into this restructuring? 
  • Walkaway:  What would a typical coach calendar look like?
