Coaches data collection . . . Last year's data was not what was needed, so the question is still up in the air as to what ought to be reported. What information do we have that we can share with Dave, eg feedback from the teachers we work with. School based information about which schools we are working with and what kind of impact we are having seems to be in the right direction, but is not quite what we want.
The most fruitful avenue seems to be a sruveymonkey poll for each coach that will be completed by workshop folks. Use a wiki to organize a set of common questions to be placed into the survey. Discuss these at office hours, and possibly include in our next coach meeting.
ACTION
Dave reiterates the importance of staying in contact with principals through our follow ups. "Continue to barrage them with information about your work in schools." - DC It is essential that we continue to help principals to "get it." COMMUNICATE COMMUNICATE COMMUNICATE The goals are: Teacher - stay in touch; Principals - keep them aware of what is going on in the building; Coordinators - help them be aware of trends in schools; Building Tech Contacts - help them know what is going on with teachers so they can be helpful.

Follow-Up Emails....what is our current thinking about these? This is not a crucial piece, but I would like to have a conversation @ some point. Keli (15 min)
Note: I will not be @ the meeting, but would be willing to ichat in for a bit. Bear in mind that I will be on east coast time so I may not be able to stay for the entire meeting.
