Facilitating individual questions
Paraphrase and ask questions
Encourage Dialogue
Observe people's learning styles and state of mind.
Stick to the Workshop - try not to get off on birdwalks about more ways to accomplish the task.
Encourage people to ask their questions for the whole group, rather than just to the proximate coach.
Include formative assessments as part of the workshops to encourage people to get their questions on the table. Use also for a brain dump. Check in with the presenters at lunch to make a quick report on progress, or check for their needs.
Step out of the room if there are issues you need to deal with to avoid multi-tasking during the workshop.
